| July 27th | Friday Before Show Athlete Meeting and Swag Bag Pick-up All athletes, please come to Athlete check-in at the High School to pick up the athlete bag, paid show tickets, and purchase tickets and backstage passes. This is also the location for Polygraph and Tanning. Please make sure you have an appointment for both if you are in need of these services. | 6pm – 9pm |

| July 27th | All athletes need to be at the HS at 8 am, an hour before prejudging! re-judging at 9am HS open at 7am | 8am South Tahoe High School Theater |
| July 27th | Pre-judging and evening finals after the party follow right after the evening finals. Pre-Judging Starts 9:30 am Pro athletes will go first, then amateurs. Evening Finals starts at 4:00 pm Amateurs go first, then pros. The show will end with team and training presentation routines. After Party: Located at Ale Works directly after the evening show to award best presentation and best poser. | 8:30am -8:30pm South Tahoe High School |
| July 27th | Judges Meeting Mandatory Judges Meeting All active and test judges that will be participating on the judges panel will meet at the High School Venue for a 30- to 45-minute judges meeting. All judges, please meet Saturday at 8:30 a.m. | 8:30am -9:15am South Tahoe High School |

Polygraph Testing
All competing athletes need to take a polygraph test. The cost of polygraph testing is $100.00
If you didn’t purchase polygraph testing when
you registered use this link to BUY NOW.
